Quan Li has fifteen years of experience in venture capital. Prior to Delian, he worked in industrial field for ingfive years and government for three years respectively. Li graduated from Xidian University with the major of engineering with bachelor's degree.

Yang Jiang has been working in venture capital for ten years with accounting and financial background. He specializes in high-end manufacturing and healthcare, and has invested Venus MedTech, Sanbo,MicuRx, R&B therapeutics, CellBri，Juventas，Yimufeng，iCAMUN，Polaris，Seekgene，Amunix，Hifibio，Onkure，Hummingbird，Panorama and many others. Jiang received his MBA degree from Peking University.

Jing Jia has six years venture capital experience focusing on cutting-edge technologies, has invest Mech-Mind, Yeestor,  Silicontent, LEMON Photonics, YueBoo, FIT2CLOUD and many others.

Jia has four years hedge fund expericence in Genesis Capital, and served in Aisino, accumulating a wealth of engineering management experience. Jia earned her bachelor degree and master degree from Tsinghua University with the major of automation , then received MBA degree from Hong Kong University Science & Technology.

Hong Fang has five years experience in venture investment, revolving about Semiconductor、5G、Photoelectron. Prior to Delian, Fang worked in the National Institute of Metrology, China South Industries Group Corporation，Pingan Bank , accumulating scientific research experience in RF&Microwave, Photoelectron field for ten years and two years experience investment banking.
Fang has invest Yeestor,Abax Sensing,Reo Tech,Archiwave,Silicontent,LEMON Photonics,Lycore,Macrotest,Precise. Fang received his Ph. D degree from Beijing Jiaotong University，and master degree of finance from Peking University.

Xuesong Fan has nine years experience in venture capital, concentrating on the field of high-end manufacturing, equipment automation. Fan worked in R & D department of Space Institute for six years. Fan has invest Zhztech,Rokae,Tianchengyibang,Rinfon,CalmCar,BARROT,Hong Jing Drive,Trinova,AI Force Tech,Abax Sensing and so on. Fan got his bachelor degree from Harbin Engineering University, master degree from Tianjin University with the major of mechanical engineering, and received MBA degree from Tsinghua University, School of economics and management.

Guobao Zhao has seven years experience in venture capital, in charge of investments in the healthcare sector. Before joined in Delian Capital, he worked at Entremed (NSDAQ:ENMD) as a business development and R&D manager. Prior to Entremed, Zhao worked in PPD as a research scientist. Zhao has invest Amunix,Himmingbird,MicuRx,Changxi, Uniceutiq, Onkure and many others. Zhao got his bachelor degree of Pharmacy from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and received his master degree in AMMI and a MBA from China Agricultural University.

David Wu Lingfei, with six years venture capital experience focusing on Semiconductor and Applied Materials, has already invest YuNeng, DOI, xMEMS and so on.
With a compound background of industry and investment, David Previously worked in BIAM，HuaWu and Chang’an captical.
David has a bachelor & master's degree in Science and Engineering of Materials from BUAA. At the same time, he is studying MBA in Tsinghua. 

Emma Zhang has four years experience in venture capital specializing in the field of high-end manufacturing. Emma has participated in many investment projects, such as CalmCar and so on. Emma received her bachelor’s degree from Beijing Institute of Technology and received her master of economics from National University of Singapore.

Shuo Huang,PhD, have 2 years experience in biotechnology investment. He has Bachelor degree in Electronic.Before joined in Delian Capital, he worked at Taikang Insurance, and Lenovo Venture Capital.
Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications、Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Northeastern University and PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Boston university.

Qin Li has four years experience in venture investment, revolving about innovative drugs. Prior to Delian, Qin worked in Indaco Capital, Cloudview Capital, leading investments of  biopharmaceutical companies.
Qin received her master degree of neuroscience from Beijing University，and bachelor degree of biology from China Agriculture University.

Zilong Tian has two years experience in venture investment, revolving about New Energy and Applied Materials. Prior to Delian, Fang worked in the Suntech Power and Yuanhe Capital.
Tian has a bachelor degree in Science and Engineering of Materials from BUAA.

Huimin Jiang has ten years experience in the venture capital, mainly responsible for post-investment operations, investor relations and platform management of the fund. Jiang worked in a large comprehensive industrial group and a well-known accounting firm. Jiang received her master degree in finance from Liz City University, UK.

Wang Hong has five years legal working experience in law firms, mainly responsible for the risk control work of the fund. Prior to Delian Capital, Wang worked in a well-known law firm. Wang holds the Legal Profession Qualification in China, received two bachelor degrees from Xiamen University with majors of Law and Economics respectively, and received her master degree from University of International Business and Economics of China.

Ms. Chen Tianjiao has 2 years experience in venture capital and 3 years experience in accounting firm. She is mainly responsible for risk control of the fund. She worked for well-known investment companies and accounting firms before joinig Delian Capital. Ms. Chen Tianjiao holds the master degree of MPAcc and the qulification of CPA,CTA and CPV.

Ada Zhao has 7 years experience in investor relations of venture capital industry, mainly responsible for  investor relations and brand public relations for funds and post-investment companies. Prior to Delian, Ada worked in the ChinaVenture Co.,Ltd

Mingkun Cai has five years of experience in the financial industry, mainly assisting in the management of background work, and has been engaged in banking, financial affairs of listed group companies and issues on overseas IPO. 

Ms. Yang Ying has two years legal working experience in Fangda Partners, mainly responsible for the risk control work of the fund. Ms. Yang Ying holds the qulification of Chinese Bar, CPA and CTA. She received two bachelor degrees with majors of Law and Finance respectively, and the master degree from UIBE.
